Founder, leader and mentor. With over 20 years of experience as a professional Executive Administrator in the corporate industry, Xenia has perfected her skills working with renowned companies such as the Golden State Warriors, Abbott Diabetes Care, among others. Specialized in working with C-Suite Executives.
Xenia is also a proud member of ForbesBLK, an esteemed community of Black entrepreneurs and business leaders. UCR Design Thinking Advisory Board Member, and a member and graduate of the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (aka GLAAACC) Business Elevation Program, Class of '2021.
Following the economic downturn of 2008, Xenia experienced the setback of being laid off from her corporate position five times. However, rather than allowing these challenges to deter her, Xenia's resilience and determination fueled her ambition to chart her own course. On April 23, 2015, she courageously embraced entrepreneurship, leveraging her diverse skill set to establish her own business venture.
Coming from a family of business owners, Xenia grew up with the entrepreneurial spirit ingrained in her. Her grandparents owned "Reeds Cleaners," a well-known family business in San Francisco, CA. Additionally, she had an aunt and uncle who successfully ran a janitorial and limousine service. While familiar with the business world, Xenia had never experienced being a full-time business owner herself until she made her dream a reality.
Currently residing in Long Beach, CA, Xenia is a proud mother to her daughter Nicole, who has followed in her footsteps and become a business owner herself while excelling as an Executive Regional Manager at just 28 years old.
Under Xenia's leadership, The PAM Firm has experienced remarkable growth and now serves prestigious corporations such as the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC), California African American Chamber of Commerce (CAACC), Black Business Association (BBA) and esteemed former clients including the Golden State Warriors, Kim Coles, "Learn, Love, Laugh" brand, CCW Safe, Abbott Diabetes Care, Autism Learning Partners, among many others.
Her newest accomplishment includes founding the Dream It, Build It Collective organization, a community of professionals building bridges for health and wellness, generational wealth, and legacy for people of color.
After six successful years in Southern California, the PAM Firm, Inc. continues to flourish as one of the largest black-owned remote business consulting companies in the Los Angeles area, a testament to Xenia's unwavering dedication and entrepreneurial expertise.
